Over his career, Andrew has overseen the deployment of more than $14 million in private capital into $54 million of real estate assets, delivering average investor returns of 23.88% IRR. His experience spans the full development lifecycle, including site acquisition, zoning and entitlements, design coordination, construction oversight, financing, and exit execution.

Andrew’s core focus is risk management and value creation. He works closely with property owners and joint venture partners to identify structural, financial, and execution risks early in the process, ensuring projects are positioned for successful approvals, efficient construction, and strong market performance.

In addition to his active development work, Andrew maintains passive equity interests in a diversified portfolio comprising more than 800 multifamily units, 500,000 square feet of industrial space, and resort-hospitality assets. This dual perspective as both an operator and investor informs a disciplined, owner-oriented approach to every engagement.
